The service was very good, and the ice cream was great. The hot cocoa was incredible too.

The manager's request that we return by 10:30 PM was the real highlight. The elevator wasn't working, we couldn't lock the room door, and the TV had no remote. The carpet was dated and dirty, and the bathroom was terrible, with showering impossible, as shown in the attached photo. For toiletries there was only one bar of soap. All this cost €40 per person, with no breakfast.

The owner said the hotel needed renovations when I asked whether rooms were inspected before being rented, and showed her the photos we'd taken. They weren't the photos posted on the website, which didn't reflect what we found at all after booking online for a stop on our motorcycle vacation. The elevator didn't work, the intercom was broken, and the room air conditioning was broken too. The bathroom was dirty, the toilet brush was broken, and the carpet was stained everywhere. I have photos documenting what I described here. Property owners who publish inaccurate photos should be fined.

Never again. For €4.50, I think a customer should get hot chocolate in a proper ceramic mug, as advertised on the bar's website. Instead, the piping hot hot chocolate with cream, supposedly the house specialty, came in a paper cup, actually two nested together like a vending machine cup.
