I was very, very satisfied. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were polite. The room was large, comfortable, and clean. They cleaned the bathroom daily and changed the bed linen and towels. Just a small note: the windows didn't seal well. When it was windy, the curtains moved and you could hear everything. Still, I was really pleased.

Getting the air conditioner to work was way more complicated than it needed to be, like solving rocket science. The rooms also felt cramped, so moving around wasn't comfortable. The lifts were tiny, and somehow the bathroom didn't even have proper lighting. The stay was less convenient than I expected.

On my business trip, I found the location ideal. Everything else was great too, from the comfortable rooms to the excellent service and cleanliness.

The morning barista really knew how to make excellent coffee, and there was care in the little details throughout. We had a great stay and will definitely come back when we're in Fabriano, which is at least twice a year. The price was unbeatable, too. We'd only expected an 'ok' experience, but right in the centre of Fabriano we found easy parking and a genuinely friendly, helpful team. The room was super comfortable, and the mattress and pillows gave us a great night's sleep. Highly recommended!

For the price and location, it was okay. The room has a few details you can see in the photo. Breakfast was good, and so was the service overall.
