We couldn't have breakfast there, although it was listed as an option for €3 per person. The place was quiet, with a beautiful view and sounds of nature all around. The last stretch of road to the B&B is a bit rough, but the room and bathroom were spacious. More than adequate overall.

The owner was friendly and helpful, and the renovated house was pleasant and clean. It’s quiet there, with the smell of the forest, up in the hills above Foligno. Finding it was a little difficult, although it’s about 8 km from the center. Anti-COVID rules were followed strictly.

The owner was very friendly, and the rooms and bathrooms were large and clean, with excellent views. Getting there isn’t especially easy, but Google Maps will guide you without trouble. There’s no breakfast, as the website clearly stated. Recommended.

Fine for a one-night stop. The beds were uncomfortable, the hot tub didn’t work, there was no breakfast, and reaching the place by car was difficult.

The host was so helpful, and the place was wonderfully quiet, about 5 minutes from Fabriano. Everything went perfectly. Highly recommend it!
