We stayed with Mrs. Carla and her husband Marcello on August 3rd. Both were friendly, and our room was clean and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent, with homemade jam and tart. Mrs. Carla forgot the recipe when we asked, which was understandable and forgivable. I have a little secret about it: we used extra virgin olive oil instead of butter, and I think there was a cup of whole wheat flour along with the regular flour. Highly recommended.

Mrs. Carla is the real reason to stay here. She was phenomenal, looking after me so thoughtfully and making me feel at home. Her daily homemade breakfast, made with natural products, was hard to beat. The apartment is cozy and very private. From the Deluxe room, the view out the window is breathtaking. It's also a five-minute walk both to the train station and to the city center. A must for a peaceful holiday in Fabriano.

My girlfriend, Maria Teresa, and I stayed here between the end of 2014 and the beginning of 2015, and really enjoyed the benefits. Mrs. Carla makes you feel at home and provides everything you need. She and her husband, Marcello, are a wonderful team, and the staff are welcoming and helpful. It's a sweet haven for a few days of peace and relaxation. The house was quiet and well cared for, and Mrs. Carla welcomed us so warmly and was very accommodating. Breakfast had a tart and other sweets she'd made herself. Carla's originality and lively personality really won us over. We'd recommend it to everyone. Marinella and Lutz from Milan

Right in the heart of Fabriano but surprisingly quiet, this is a clean, intimate and welcoming place. It's romantic too, and you might wake to swallows singing. Our bed was medieval, high and so comfortable!
