La Cerasa Bed & Breakfast

We had a good stay. The place is beautiful and peaceful, and the staff were very kind and helpful. Recommended.

The owners were friendly, down-to-earth, and made us feel at home. Breakfast was delicious, with homemade cakes, jam, and juices. Our apartment was roomy, clean, and comfortable, and there’s a small pool too. The setting has a lovely view and feels removed from the city, even though the center is only five minutes away. It isn’t luxurious; the appeal is in its simplicity, so it suits people who like that kind of place.

The pool and barbecue area clearly need more upkeep, and the breakfast fell short. The setting wasn't great, there was little fresh produce or local food, and it didn't match what was promised. We expected better. They served the same cake three days running; it was homemade and objectively good, but stale by the fourth day. The staff were courteous, though. Mosquito nets on the windows would let guests enjoy the cool evening air instead of staying indoors. It's a shame, since the location gives the place a lot of potential. Fabriano is just five minutes away, and the dirt road is very well maintained. The apartment has recent finishes, but a minimal kitchen, although we had everything we needed. The views are beautiful, and there’s a strong, lingering smell of figs.

The breakfast could offer a little more; it currently feels somewhat homey, though the manager kindly made a savory option when we asked. Still, we had a relaxing family stay with our children and dog, surrounded by nature and a wonderful view. The area is quiet, but only a few minutes' drive from the city. The house is spacious for a family, with two bathrooms, both with showers, and a kitchen with an induction hob, fridge, and freezer for meals at home. There’s also a small pool with loungers. We were warmly welcomed and treated with courtesy. If you want somewhere to unwind, I recommend it.
