The apartments themselves weren’t bad, but be careful not to leave anything behind. They offered to mail my item to my next location at my expense, then withdrew that offer after I left a review.

The house was spacious, clean, and had the comforts a traveler might need. It’s also close to Rome’s main landmarks. We came for a vacation and found the customer service great. I highly recommend this place and hope to return.

The hosts and service were awesome, and the place was incredibly clean and convenient. 10/10, I’d stay again.

Very clean, and close to the center.

The location is decent, particularly for visiting the Vatican, but I’d choose somewhere else. Cleaning was inconsistent, the rooms felt small and poorly lit, and the bathroom pipes smelled awful. They literally kick you out at 10 a.m. There was no attention to detail or personal service.
