A lot of care shows in the breakfast, which was delicious and beautifully presented. We also loved the shared space outside the rooms, where we could relax with a drink or play pool, and the simple kitchen had everything we needed, including lovely glassware. Suite Frattini was the best place we’ve stayed in Europe so far, with a pool table, spa and sauna. The room felt romantic and cozy, and Valentina’s design touches made it stunning. The spa was immaculate, and having private balconies made coffee in the morning and snacks in the afternoon feel special. Valentina, who I believe was the owner, was incredibly kind and easygoing, and helped with transport advice and restaurant recommendations. Check-in felt warm and personal. The location is great too, just a 3-minute walk to a bus stop, with cafés and restaurants all around. We’ll remember this stay for a lifetime.

I wouldn’t recommend this room. The bedding was awful, and there was a really bad smell from the bathroom pipes. The space is tiny and crammed with things, with very low ceilings. Even getting into the bathtub means crawling in.

The staff were amazingly kind and helpful, and breakfast was delicious, brought right to our room. We had a lovely view from both balconies. There was a toilet, sink and bath/jacuzzi in the room, plus access to a sauna. It takes about 40 minutes to get to Roma Termini, or roughly the same to the city center.

The host and owner is so sweet, and it’s a really cute hotel. Our beds were extremely comfortable, and the room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The sauna and hot tub were a great extra. Thank you!

The location is really pretty, and the place, service and communication were all great, five stars for those. The room gets four stars from me because there’s no shower, though it wasn’t a huge deal. There’s no kitchen to use either, but there is a mini fridge.
