Rooms & Breakfast Centrale

Being right in the center of Fabriano made it easy to get everywhere. The only thing that could be better is the soundproofing. Otherwise, the place is lovely and I’d gladly recommend it. Our room was modern, new, very clean, and well cared for, with all the comforts we needed. The shower was especially nice. Breakfast was simple but tasty, with fresh rolls, pastries, and plenty more. The price was excellent, and the staff were welcoming, helpful, kind, and professional.

The staff handled a booking mix-up with real professionalism. I’d made an oversight and our room wasn’t available when we arrived, but they quickly arranged for us to stay at another nearby property instead of leaving us stuck. The rooms there were clean, nicely equipped, and very pleasant. They also generously invited us to share breakfast with the other couple we’d arrived with. It was excellent, plentiful, and good quality. I’m grateful for their kindness and service. They turned an inconvenience into a five-star experience. Highly recommended.

The location made getting around easy, with the main sights just a short walk away, good public transport, and interesting shops and bars nearby. I’ll definitely return to Rooms & Breakfast Centrale. I was lucky to be among its first guests. The spacious rooms are tastefully furnished, clean, and comfortable, with quality linens, good mattresses, and a cozy corner to relax in. The materials and soft lighting make the place feel welcoming. Breakfast was a highlight: croissants, homemade cakes, and a great range of local products, served courteously. The staff were warm and professional, always available with useful tips for seeing the city.

Omar and his son Leo made the stay special. They welcomed us warmly, were attentive and professional, and even offered us a lift to the station. Their friendliness and generosity really stood out. We only had one night at this new place, but it was enough to make us want to return to Fabriano. The room was just the right size, nicely furnished, and had all the comforts we could want. There was a small fridge with snacks and drinks at very reasonable prices. The bathroom was comfortable, the shower was great, and everything was spotless. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful, served in a charming room. There’s also a lovely accessible terrace, though the rain kept us from using it. The center is about a ten-minute walk away.
