The breakfast was generous and home-cooked, with both sweet and savory options, and the pool was lovely to use at no extra cost. Our room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly. You can't get lunch or dinner here, but there are several nearby restaurants and agritourisms, so there's plenty to choose from.

We had a room facing another one, and there was a big hole in the connecting wall. We could hear everything our neighbors did, and their hours were very different from ours. It felt like they were in the room with us. The place itself is very nice and clean, though.

Federica's cakes are delicious, and the rooms are spacious and clean. It's a peaceful, family-run place out in the Faenza countryside, with a fantastic pool for unwinding in this heat. Recommended! 👏👏👏

The pool, the greenery and the plentiful breakfast were all good. But in this heat, a mini fridge in the room is absolutely necessary, and there were no mosquito screens on the windows. The first time was okay, but I wouldn't come back for a second.

We were only here for a night, but the room was very clean, rustic and cozy. The owners were friendly, and it was a welcoming, relaxing place with a homemade breakfast.
