It felt almost like being on holiday. The rooms are simple, airy, and really nice, and the shared kitchen was always very clean. The other guests I encountered were kind and respectful of the place and each other. A very welcoming spot, highly recommend.

A welcoming, clean residential place that works with companies, workers, and freelancers. For longer stays, the prices are excellent. Thanks to the owner.

It's out of the way, though the station is about a 30-minute walk. The furnishings are dated and there's a shared kitchen. Feels like a stopover while you wait for something better.

I spent a week here while attending a refresher course in Faenza, and found it warm, welcoming, and full of thoughtful details. They gave me a lot of attention and offered discounts for restaurants and attractions. I travel often for work, and this is just right if you value cleanliness, quiet, and the friendliness of a proper B&B. The place, the expertise, and the hostess's smile all deserve five stars.

A welcoming and affordable place where you can get some real peace and quiet and feel recharged. The owners are kind, warm, and always available. 🥇🏆
