We wanted to explore Romagna's best spots together, and Casa Spadoni was a great find. We booked ahead and parked outside, where there were plenty of spaces. The patio was cozy and relaxing, and the atmosphere inside was pleasant. We enjoyed seeing one of the “sfogline” making fresh pasta right in front of us. At first, nobody greeted us, so we had to ask about our table, and the waitress was a little slow, so we had to call her over to order. The food made up for it: we had prosciutto crudo with delicious gnocco fritto, then traditional cappelletti, which is a must-try, and another lovely main, all with fresh piadina. We were already full but still went for dessert. We'll definitely return. Highly recommended.

The place has a distinctive look, renovated while keeping Romagna traditions in view. We tried the fried polenta, warm and crisp with traditional squaccuerone cheese, and the Mora Romagnola ham, which melted in the mouth and was a burst of flavor. The mixed grilled Mora Momagnola was delicious too, and we had an excellent Sangiovese with the meal. Incredibile Restaurant is highly recommended for a taste of Romagna.

I loved the pasta atelier. The woman teaching it was fantastic and clearly passionate, even with the language barrier. It was great fun, and I learned a lot. The property is huge, with plenty of food products to buy and take home, and the staff were nice.
