The staff were kind and welcoming, and both the service at breakfast and the breakfast itself were excellent. I think we had the queen room, and it was the best-looking room I've ever stayed in. The bar was closed, so there was no food or alcohol to buy there. Bring snacks. We did eat at their restaurant, where we had an eight-course meal that was really good, though a bit overpriced. That was our choice, and we wanted to enjoy ourselves 😅. It came to around 380€ with tip and wine. I'd definitely come back with my family the next time I'm in Italy.

The restaurants were a real highlight, with unforgettable food, and we didn't even need to leave the property for a great meal. There was plenty else to experience too, including lovely spa treatments, two charming villas with different room styles, and a golf course. From the moment I arrived at Villa Abbondanzi, I felt at home. The room style, quiet gardens and warm welcome all exceeded what I'd imagined. Staying there felt like magic, a place for unforgettable moments. I'd return in a heartbeat.

We couldn't have been happier with the service. Reception was friendly and helpful, the spa treatments were highly professional, and the bartender was attentive, very polite and professional. The dinner restaurant staff were both sophisticated and humble, doing everything they could to make us happy. We highly recommend the restaurant in the Neoclassic villa. The chef put together a memorable four-course tasting menu for us. It was a truly romantic escape, and a visit we'll remember. All was perfetto!

The food was my favorite part of the stay: phenomenal, with surprisingly generous portions and stellar service. For lunch I tried the "piatto del giorno" and loved getting to sample four different dishes on one plate. I really enjoy variety, so it was perfect. My room was clean, quiet and beautiful. The only problem was the AC. The host showed us how to use it, but following those instructions didn't get it working, and I slept poorly because the room was too hot. If you're staying in room 29, The Olandese, maybe check the AC works. Other than that, I'd gladly return.
