La Sabbiona Farm

We had a room with a kitchenette and cooked ravioli one evening. Wi-Fi worked well, and there are lots of little towns to explore nearby, with Ravenna a must. The winery and orchard are very picturesque, with a pleasant yard where we sat at a table overlooking the vines for wine in the late afternoon. The restaurant food was excellent, though we were there early in the week and it was open for dinner only one of the nights we stayed.

The children had a lovely time at La Pasqualina, about 1 km from agriturismo La Sabbiona. The house was clean and great, and we spent a wonderful week surrounded by vineyards and lovely views. The staff were kind, friendly, and helpful. I can’t give five stars because the apartment’s private-use jacuzzi broke during our stay. It was a long weekend, so getting an electrician and the parts needed for the repair was difficult. Mr. Altini kindly offered us a case of wine from their vineyard to make up for it, which was a nice gesture, thank you :) The apartment ALBA also had no air conditioning. After a full day, the house got extremely hot. There were fans in the bedrooms, but I asked for another because the heat was hard to bear. The owners helped me without any problem. I hope the jacuzzi is working and the house has air conditioning next time we visit. Thanks for everything, and hopefully we’ll see you again!

Back at La Sabbiona for the third time, and it was another really pleasant stay. We hope to come again in November this year!

We had a couple of days by the pool, even though it was near the end of the season. Everyone on the team was helpful and courteous, which made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. What a great find, and ideally placed for exploring the Emilia Romagna region. Thanks to everyone.
