The restaurant food tasted good, but the portions were very small. We ordered from the menu, and compared with Italian or Asian restaurants, they were objectively small. We paid 55 euros and still left hungry. We liked the hotel at first, but the night was awful: the air conditioner rattled continuously and couldn’t be switched off. We arrived late with a child, so going across the street to reception wasn’t realistic. It would be better to fix the unit, especially since other guests have also mentioned the noise. Our booking, and the hotel’s email and message, all said half board, yet neither breakfast nor dinner was offered. Please communicate that more accurately.

The staff were very helpful, and the building has lovely details that give it a great atmosphere. It’s right in the city center. Parking is available on nearby streets, though in the worst case you may have to walk five minutes.

Breakfast was good, but the room was so cramped there was no space to walk around the bed. We stayed two nights. The hot water wasn’t very hot, and by morning there was none at all.

The hotel rooms were very good, and the staff were good too. The restaurant was the best I’ve ever been to in Italy.
