b&b da Maria

Because of an overbooking, we were put in an emergency room. We'd reserved a double with its own bathroom, but got two single beds at different heights and had to share a bathroom. Breakfast on Easter and Easter Monday was all packaged food.

The rooms are basic, but very clean, and the setting is great if you're looking to unwind. Bruno and Maria made us feel as if we'd come home, or were visiting our parents. They're both wonderful people.

Maria made us feel at home right away. She was always cheerful, helpful, and ready to step in. When our little boy had a toothache, she went out of her way to find us something to ease the pain. You don't often come across that kind of thoughtfulness. The rooms are clean and cared for. This is a genuine, special place with a warm sense of Italian hospitality. We'd recommend the B&B for a quiet stay and, especially, for meeting kind, genuine people. Thanks so much, Maria!

A lovely, peaceful spot in the hills, and Maria is very kind and happy to help with whatever you need. There's a gas stove and fridge available in the kitchen. The room is fine for a comfortable stay, and breakfast is included in a very good price. Highly recommended.
