The free ski bus stops just outside the hotel and gets you to the lift in a few minutes. I was a beginner and found the skiing fantastic, just right for me. We had a fantastic stay in a very beautiful place. I stayed five nights in Feb 26 on half board, in a comfortable single room on the fifth floor. It was spotless, had everything I needed, and the little balcony had a gorgeous view. The ceiling lights above the bed were very pretty. All the staff were lovely and helpful. I was traveling with a family and their two young children, and the staff let us eat in the calmer bar area, which worked better for them. The food was delicious. Breakfast had an amazing choice of cakes, cheeses, meats, bread, eggs, yogurt, and more. Dinner had great options too. As a vegetarian, I didn't feel shortchanged, which often happens. There was also a delicious, healthy vegetable and salad buffet that could have been a meal on its own. They put on an extra special menu for Valentine's night.

Fai della Paganella is a beautiful place for couples to reconnect with nature and each other. The hotel's location makes it easy to get to lots of outdoor activities nearby. Rooms were very clean, and both the hotel and service staff were friendly. The staff were also accommodating and very professional. Great experience!

We had a smooth stay with our family, and everything was perfectly clean. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and exceptionally friendly. They even asked about our Islamic dietary requirements without us bringing them up first, then offered suitable options. That thoughtful gesture really impressed us. Special thanks to the hotel management, kitchen management, and all the staff for making us comfortable and giving us such memorable stay.

The one drawback is the location: public transport is very limited. The hotel gives you the Trentino tourist card for free public transport and discounts on other things, but it wasn't really usable for us. We loved the beautiful mountain setting and the little village, with breathtaking surroundings. Lake Molveno is about a 15-minute drive away. The hotel has a small children's room with free arcade games. We chose half board with three-course dinners, and the staff were happy to accommodate our dietary restrictions and make food we could eat. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Our nine-month-old daughter loved all the attention.

The little wellness center was a lovely extra, and the views were great. The owners run the hotel and were professional, attentive, relaxed, and friendly. Rooms were spotless with great beds, parking was convenient and easy to access, prices were very fair, and the food was delicious. I had an outstanding stay at Hotel Arcobaleno. Highly recommended!
