Residence Malibu'

The view was the one good thing about our stay during the week of August 15th. We were four people, but there were only three beds, and the sofa bed mattress was so worn out that sleeping on it wasn't possible. They gave us a camp bed to put in the kitchen. The apartment itself was small and very dark, and the price for the week didn't match its quality. The toilet seat was broken when we arrived and stayed that way, even though we reported it right away. It wasn't a pleasant experience.

The owner was very kind and helpful, and the apartment is in a great spot close to all amenities. It’s large, clean, and fully equipped, with a bathtub and washing machine in the bathroom. I missed having a microwave in the kitchen. The lighting could be better too, since the apartment felt quite dark at night. Highly recommended.

We only visited relatives who were staying here, rather than lodging ourselves. Their place seemed quaint and very well kept, with a large terrace, elevator, and reserved parking. A supermarket is only a few hundred meters away, and Caviola’s center is fairly close. Falcade’s center is walkable in about half an hour, depending on your pace.

We’ve returned twice already and have been very happy both times. The apartment is spacious and clean, with simple furnishings but everything you need. The welcome was friendly, including for our four-legged friends, and the location is beautiful.
