The team made us feel very welcome, especially Giovanna and team, with Gabriela, Giulia and Raymond. Reception, waiting staff, bar staff and cleaning staff were all wonderful, and the hospitality was second to none. Thank you for looking after us so well. We stayed in February 2026, with two interconnecting rooms for our family of five, on a half-board basis. The rates seemed very good. Breakfast was more than adequate, and dinner changed every evening. With the salad and other starters from the buffet, it was effectively four courses. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with spacious reception and bar areas. There was room out back to walk around and for children to play. Our room faced the back, looking out over the mountains and a large snowy area. In town, there were small shops and local grocers, a patisserie, and restaurants, including one next door serving steak. The hotel was a fifteen minutes drive from the ski slope in Falcade, where we drove each morning. We had a wonderful stay.

The food was delicious, and breakfast being mostly sweet suited me personally. I found the staff polite and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. It’s a convenient spot for reaching the ski slopes, with beautiful views. I had a wonderful stay in Falcade and would recommend this cozy place.
