Cleo Orchidea

The replacement room had the same problem I’d been warned about with the one I booked, a terrible sewer odor coming from the bathroom and under the sink that spread through the whole room. I’d chosen this place after reading the reviews and trying to avoid the rooms with more complaints, so being told the day before departure that my booked room had boiler trouble and I’d be moved was already frustrating. The kitchenware was cracked, the glasses were dirty, and there were no tablecloths or dishcloths. The window wouldn’t shut. I felt completely disregarded as a guest, and worried I could have picked up fecal bacteria. Shameful.
