Rocciola Home

Salvatoee was especially helpful and pointed us toward a great pizza place. The apartment itself had everything we needed, including water, juice, milk, and pastries, and it's close to a supermarket. We also found it a handy base for getting to Rome and Amalfi. There was construction while we were there, and we were compensated for it. Booking here worked out really well.

The hosts made us feel welcome, and the apartment was spacious, clean, quiet, and had A/C. We appreciated being told about the temporary scaffolding before we arrived, even though it faced the sea. For a rate advertised with breakfast included, though, rusks, tea bags, and coffee tabs on the table felt like too little for the price.

Rocciola Home made our weekend in Salerno amazing. Salvatore, thanks for all the great suggestions. 11/10!

The location and amenities made for an enjoyable stay, and I'd come back. The apartment is clean and welcoming, with a well-equipped small kitchen and a spacious, useful shower. The kitchen was short on cups and mugs, though the plastic ones melted under the coffee maker, so we switched to glass. We also wished there'd been a dishcloth and bought paper towels instead. A few more hooks would help, both for coats in the hall and towels in the bathroom. Renovation scaffolding partly blocked the sea view from the balcony during our visit. The hosts were very kind and came to clear debris from the terrace.
