Tredidenari B&B

Everything you need is close by, including shops, restaurants, pizza, coffee, mini markets, and the bus and train stations. The room was spacious and clean, with an amazing view straight onto the street. Breakfast is at the Michema caffe. The coffee was tasty, and you can have croissants or any sweet treat you want.

The bar breakfast was excellent, and being near the center was the one good thing about our five-night stay. It was hard to communicate with the owner. Maid service came every three days, even though we'd paid for the cleaning ourselves.

The location is the only thing going for this place. Bring a space heater and cleaning supplies if you stay. The toilet we found was disgusting, as the photos show. Reporting it to the owners got us nowhere. They even suggested we had done it deliberately after the crib service wasn't provided, and that service disappeared from the websites soon after. I've never been treated with such disrespect as a paying guest. Avoid this place.

The toilet was literally covered in feces when we arrived, even though the hygiene seal was still on it. We sent photos through WhatsApp, but after a long trip I couldn't wait around for some hypothetical cleaner, so I cleaned it myself. The anonymous person replying suggested we'd done it because the crib wasn't available. We chose the place mainly because a crib was listed, then were told only when we arrived, and only on WhatsApp, that there wasn't one. The message was very rushed. We asked for a partial refund after explaining how shamefully we'd been treated, and they refused. Guests are paying for a service that should be provided. The sanitary conditions were disgusting, especially with our one-year-old baby along, and some listed amenities weren't there. The air conditioning didn't heat. This was a terrible stay, and the place is nowhere near professionally managed.
