The location is good for the beach, but we had a really poor stay and I wouldn’t recommend the apartment. The house is on a busy main road, with traffic, horns, and shouting audible even through closed windows. That wasn’t disclosed on Booking. We also weren’t told about the hot water routine: you have to turn on the sink and bidet taps, turn off the bidet after it takes hours to empty, leave the sink running, then press the shower button. It wastes gallons of water and would be even harder with children. The owner hadn’t explained it beforehand. The apartment was filthy when we arrived, apart from the floor. Dishes were encrusted, switches greasy, and there was hair in the bed. I cleaned a lot myself, even after the owner sent a cleaner at my request. She was there less than half an hour. When I told him the place was still dirty and I’d had to clean it, he didn’t apologize or thank me. He may be helpful up to a point, but that was it. There were no pans and some other kitchen utensils were missing, and the used sponges were in awful condition. Luckily I’d brought dish soap, sponges, dishcloths, and disinfectant. There are no closets, just a coat rack with a few hangers, so our things stayed in the suitcases. We did find shower, bidet, and dish soap, though we had our own. The air conditioning costs extra, which I found absurd when I was already paying for the property. The TV reception was fine, but there were only two or three channels. The train station is nearby if that matters to you, and the beach is close too. I’ve described our experience as two adults, no more and no less, and I know experiences are subjective. But if you don’t mind spending a day cleaning, losing sleep from the noise, and wasting water washing up, this may suit you.

Dear Mr. Pasquale, please be honest about things going forward and accept criticism instead of trying to defend yourself with false claims. We’re here to point out problems and praise the facilities when we can, so please stop and listen. The hot water situation was unacceptable because we had to turn it on at the bidet. As for how we left the apartment, there was no hot water for washing the dishes, and I understood cleaning them was part of the agreement. You hadn’t left a shovel for crumbs either, though you brought one when we asked. The Booking photos didn’t mention the train station, and you’d combined photos from apartments you own. You advertised air conditioning, then told us when we arrived that it wasn’t working and gave us a heater instead.

I needed somewhere for relatives visiting from Turin, so when I couldn’t find room elsewhere I booked the apartment in Falconara called "Stefi Appartamento". They were very comfortable there. The owner was serious, punctual, and available whenever they needed help. EXCELLENT.
