The owners are friendly and very kind, and it was a pleasure meeting them. I was welcomed with wine and a local pepper plant. The rooms were clean, though the amenities were rather poor: the WiFi was very slow and logging in was inconvenient, and the TV signal was very poor. The pool was clean, but you have to buy a swimming cap, and the staff watch every time you get in to make sure you showered first. The water was cold, so the seaside is a better option. Without a car, there’s nothing to do.

The nice sea view comes with a highway in the picture, but the balcony was pleasant, and we ate all our meals there after I gave it a good clean. Apartment 70 was spacious, but the building, like the streets, was not very clean, with trash everywhere. The bedding was good quality, and the bathroom was clean, though too small, with the washing machine taking up all the space. The kitchen was small and had no oven or microwave, only ants. The rental listing advertised a swimming pool, but it was dirty with stagnant water, and the mountain view was more of a view of garbage. There were no services at all. We asked for dish towels, since linens were included, and were told to buy our own. This apartment is best avoided.

The place is welcoming, with fun activities and a big outdoor area that our whole family, including our dog, loves. The accommodation was more than satisfactory and very clean. Mr. Pietro and his team are excellent hosts. It would be top-notch if it were within walking distance of the beach. Highly recommended for a family.
