Apartment Oberhauserhof

The landlord was incredibly friendly, and I often saw him working downstairs. He seems much better suited to customer service. Even so, our stay was disappointing, and we can’t recommend the rental. When it was time to leave, the owner treated us in an unfriendly way. The apartment also had a long list of problems: the fuse kept tripping, especially when cooking, so only one appliance could be used at a time. There was heavy mold in the shower grout and corners, and the oven was very dirty on arrival. Wi-Fi came at exorbitant rates and at an untimely point. An open cowshed directly on the first floor meant lots of flies and a strong cow odor. The bed creaked loudly with every movement, there were disturbing humming sounds at night, and the bathtub drain was blocked and couldn’t be opened. The toilet and bathroom were separate but open above the wall or sloping roof, so sounds carried between them. We had to bring our own hand soap and toilet paper. The dishwasher didn’t clean properly and needed to run twice.
