The family-run hotel had a lovely atmosphere, and the service was great during our Christmas stay. The menu was exquisite, and the food deserves five stars. Kronplatz is only a 15-minute drive away, with 120 kilometres of perfectly prepared pistes and a standout skiing experience in the Alpine region. Highly recommend.

The restaurant serves really good food, and the rooms are huge and extremely clean. Everyone was so friendly that it was easy to feel comfortable here. For this area, they’re simply the best choice :) Keep up the good work!

We stayed in the attic apartment, with a big balcony looking out over part of Pfalzen and Kronplatz. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, and the apartment had a fully equipped kitchen and a nice living room. Whenever we needed anything, it arrived right away. The restaurant and bar felt welcoming too, with great food and service. We had a wonderful stay!

We stayed at this hotel last weekend and came away really impressed. The place was beautiful and clean, and our room was big, modern, and just as lovely. The staff were kind and helpful, and the breakfast and service were over the top. There wasn't a thing we didn't like. We really loved it!

For the price, this was a good stay. Our double room with half board was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the food was good, especially the four-course dinner. It’s an older hotel, and you can see that, particularly in the wellness area. The sauna smelled unpleasant. Still, it was good value.
