We had a great five-night stay, and everything was super clean. A few things were frustrating, though: our bed was very uncomfortable, and the shower was almost unusable, so we had to use the handheld shower head. We were assigned the same dinner table for the whole stay, and ours faced a concrete wall. I think they choose tables based on your room and how much you spend. On our last night, we asked to sit in the other room and had a completely different experience: friendlier, faster service and a much better atmosphere. I wish we’d asked sooner. Noah was so friendly and a joy to see around the hotel, even though he wasn’t our server. He deserves a raise! The stay was still great, with a few quirks.

The whole team was so friendly and professional, and our dog Nala was treated like the VIP of the week, which doesn’t happen everywhere. The spa was amazing, especially the rooftop pool at sunrise, and the Sauna Aufgüsse were spectacular. A fantastic stay.

We enjoyed every part of our stay. The hotel had a lovely atmosphere, the amenities were outstanding, and the staff were both professional and friendly. We were already planning our next visit before we’d even left.

Five pools! At one point, I felt I needed a map to pick where to swim next. The spa was pure magic, and the food made my diet give up, while my happiness shot up. Somehow, with our intimate group of only 150 people, including adults, kids, probably half a football team, and a marching band, the hotel still exceeded every expectation. The staff deserve a standing ovation: always smiling, super friendly, and truly helpful, even when we accidentally turned the breakfast area into our own festival. I’m in love with Hotel Solvie and absolutely recommend it. I’ll be back, maybe with fewer than 150 people next time, but who knows!

For a great family vacation, we can only recommend this hotel. The food was great, there were lots of activities every day, and the service was really good too. Giovanni was always in a good mood and efficient at dinner.
