The village has what you need, including a small shopping center, and Fano is about a 10-minute drive away. I was here for work, but felt right at home. Sergio was so welcoming and helpful, even treating me to cherries and other things from his own orchard. The rooms are spacious and very clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and TV. They also stay really cool. I'd recommend it to business travelers, couples, or anyone coming on their own.

The owner is an absolute idol to me. In just a few hours, he taught me so much and shared so much with me. Months later, I still think about the place and wish I could move there, live off what nature provides, and settle into its rhythm.

It's such a peaceful, relaxing place, and the apartment was clean and looked after. The building sits among fruit trees and vegetables. The owner is warm and friendly with guests. I'd definitely come back.

I was there for work and found a quiet, homely atmosphere. The owner greets you like he's known you forever. The price felt fair for the quality, and I recommend it. I'd happily return for a holiday.

Mr. Sergio is friendly and puts you at ease, and the location works well if you're going to Candelara or Pesaro. It's a shame breakfast means heading to the nearby bar that has an agreement with the place.
