BB Al Colle 11

The apartment has a living room with a sofa and large TV, plus an open kitchen with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, and microwave that guests can use for cooking. There’s a big table where the owners serve breakfast in the morning. It’s recently renovated and set up as a B&B, with one bedroom having its own bathroom and two others sharing one. Everything was clean, pleasant, and nicely presented, and the owner was kind and helpful. The location worked really well, close to a supermarket, pharmacy, and bakery, and only a few minutes by car from the Fano seafront.

I only stayed one night, thankfully. The room was modern, but the bathroom was shared, the bed was awful, and the pillows weren’t any better. The woman didn’t even say hello, and breakfast was really poor. The price is far too high for what you get. I can’t recommend this B&B. Never again.

I spent three nights here and would recommend it for the cleanliness, welcoming service, and location. The owner was really kind. Fano is only a few minutes away, and it’s convenient to get there. If you like walking, there’s a bike and pedestrian path you can follow into town.

Breakfast is set out by the lady when she arrives at 8:00, with brioches, cake, snacks, and similar things. Guests can use the living room and kitchen, which has a microwave and fridge. The place is lovely, modern, renovated, and very clean, and the lady is helpful. It’s basically an apartment with three bedrooms: one double room with its own bathroom, plus a twin room and another double. Those last two share a large bathroom with a shower, double sink, and bidet.
