The restaurant was a real highlight, with excellent food. The rooms at Hotel Augustus are renovated, clean, and well kept, and the whole place is organized for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, and the owner’s warm welcome gave the experience a personal touch. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

The room was tiny, with very dated furniture, and the breakfast was minimal, much like the hotel’s general service. We were excited about our stay, but that changed as soon as we opened the door and were met with a revolting smell of faeces. We told reception right away, but they brushed it off with an inappropriate joke and advised us to air out the room. The hosts also ridicule guests in front of other guests. I can’t recommend this establishment. Don’t let the low room price fool you; you’ll regret it.

The location is good, but unfortunately I can’t recommend the hotel.

Ori restaurant was amazing, and the staff were so nice and welcoming. We spent a month at Hotel Augustus with our baby, and the location was a real plus. Some rooms could use a refresh, but they were working on that while we were there, so I’m sure it’ll add value to the place. Thanks for welcoming us and helping us feel at home during such a long stay. See you!

Great location, but that’s about the only plus. It’s a cheap discount motel with no amenities and poor service.
