The rooms were spotless, and the renovation kept the old buildings' charm. Breakfast was a very good buffet, too. We were too tired to eat at the castle this time, but hope to next visit. Traveling with pets can be tricky, and we often end up somewhere disappointing, so we were glad to find this place. Sara gave us a lovely welcome, and the man on reception that evening was just as warm and friendly. Andreas was equally welcoming at breakfast.

We really enjoyed dinner in the castle, and it was good value. Breakfast was better than ordinary, and the rooms were lovely. There’s also a very nice restaurant next door, run by two brothers who seem to compete over how friendly and helpful they can be. We’d absolutely recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful dinner in the castle, and breakfast was great, too. The service was fantastic, and our room was clean and really nice, with a terrace. They made both us and our dog feel so welcome.
