It's near Fara Sabina train station, and the owner was very nice and cooperative. The room had a heating system.

For a B&B in a small town, this wasn't great. They try, but it still falls short.

Alessio's mother has furnished this shabby chic house beautifully. There are lovely details everywhere. Alessio was so helpful, even sorting out transfers and dealing with any problems that came up. Breakfast included homemade tarts from his mother too. Top notch, we'll be back!

We had a delicious, generous breakfast downstairs, served at the time we chose. The owner was friendly and helpful, and there was parking at the back. The room had air conditioning, a bathroom, Wi-Fi, and a TV. It was a little small, but had all the essentials.

10/10
Alessio was so kind, helpful, and sociable, and there's even a little kitchen with all the equipment. Breakfast was generous, delicious, homemade, and suited every need. The rooms are spotless and well maintained, with a comfortable, homey feel. The location is ideal, near Fara in Sabina's central station, with trains to Rome about every ten minutes. Highly recommended, this place deserves 10 stars!
