It felt more like an Airbnb, even though it was listed on booking as a hotel, and that worked fine for me. The place was clean, quiet, and cozy. Just make sure to contact the owner ahead of time to arrange check-in. The area is commercial, and the beach is about 20 minutes away. A good choice if you're traveling on a low to middle budget.

We only had a short stay, but it was one we won't forget. The room was spacious, tidy, and clean, and looked even better than the photos on the site. The calm area is close to the seaside, with plenty of good restaurants around. Mr Luigi and his (sister) were incredibly kind and helpful. They made us feel welcome, gave us good advice, and made the stay feel comfortable and safe, almost like home. We left with very happy hearts. Thanks again for such a great time. We recommend this place in Pescara and hope to be back soon.

The bathroom was spotless and really nice, though it was outside our room, so we missed having a bit more privacy. The host was kind and helpful, and the hospitality was great. The place is clean and pretty, close to the beach and nice local restaurants, and we had everything we needed.
