Casa Graziella

The water problem had reportedly been going on for a month, but we weren’t warned before arriving. Locals told us it was a recurring issue, and the owner could have let us know. The building is rather worn and has no pressure pump because it’s old. For all 10 days, we had no water or only a trickle, and whenever it came through it was cold. We couldn’t even use the washing machine. The owner initially said there’d be water in the evenings, but even when it appeared, it stayed cold until 1 a.m. A couple of nights we resorted to bottled water because it was 10 p.m., the water was barely dripping, and we wanted to go out on vacation. After I first complained, the owner disappeared. Booking.com support still couldn’t reach him. At checkout he sent someone else, and I told that person I wanted a refund. The owner never followed up. A terrible stay and a terrible experience with the owner and Booking.com.
