The house was beautiful, with a lovely terrace, and the host was kind and helpful. It’s in a quiet, well-kept area, close to the city center and with good public transport. The sea is only a two-minute walk away. The price was very fair, and I highly recommend it.

Pierpaolo was very kind, and the apartment was comfortable and well organized. It had everything we needed. The sea is only a few minutes on foot, and the area has good services nearby. I recommend staying here!

Pierpaolo is genuine and extremely helpful. His B&B was very clean and well maintained, and conveniently close to the main attractions. Being near the sea also makes the apartment ideal for enjoying the summer. Highly recommended!

I stayed at Pierpaolo's from May 28th to 30th. The apartment was spacious and well kept, with a fully equipped kitchen, two brand new bathrooms, great Wi-Fi, quality furnishings, and a beautiful terrace for breakfast. You can smell the sea, just 150 meters away. In Pescara, why stay anywhere else? Everything was top-notch.

A real plus is the terrace. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, so it’s comfortable even with several guests. It’s clean, new, and tastefully furnished, and the kitchen has everything you need. The location is great too, near the sea and town center, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops around.
