Color Houses Pescara Centro

Manilo was an incredible host. He welcomed us when we arrived and shared tips about local restaurants and places to visit. The apartment was very clean, well maintained, and had all the amenities. We spent a week at the flamingo house. It’s well placed for the city centre and beach, as well as public transport, and it’s close to Pescara Centrale train station and the bus station. We’ll definitely visit again next time we’re in Pescara.

The location made it easy to walk to the main attractions, with the train station very close by. I also appreciated the breakfast snacks, a thoughtful extra that made me feel well looked after. I spent two nights at the Golden House in Pescara, and everything was immaculate and carefully looked after. The elegant decor uses gold throughout, giving the place a harmonious, pleasant feel, with every detail considered. The welcome was one of the best I’ve ever had. The host was kind, professional, dedicated, and always available. A truly excellent stay in every way. Highly recommended if you want comfort, style, and a warm welcome.

The building was very quiet during quiet hours, and the apartment was clean, pleasant, and well maintained. It’s near the train station and only a short walk from the city centre. The owner was incredibly kind and always ready to answer our questions. We had a great experience this weekend, highly recommended.

The location is very convenient for getting around, with the property close to the station. Everything was spotless, tidy, and looked after with care. Snacks and a coffee machine were provided for breakfast, which made the stay more comfortable. I stayed at the Golden House, part of the Color Houses collection, where each place has its own color theme. The gold details throughout the Golden House created an elegant, harmonious atmosphere, and the home was carefully set up to meet every need. The host was kind, attentive, and helpful from the moment I arrived. I even found makeup remover and cotton pads in the bathroom, a lovely and unexpected touch. It was a very positive stay, with great attention to detail and quality service. I highly recommend it for comfort and a convenient location, and I’ll definitely return to stay at other Color Houses.
