A nightmare. On our first night, we ended up sleeping in the car on the street because we couldn’t get into the room. Check-in was entirely digital, with no human contact. Instead of a physical key, you unlock the door through the company website. Odd, but it worked at first. Then the website or server went down. We tried dozens of times to reach the host using the contact details provided, only to find out they don’t work after 5 pm. Pretty appalling.
