The restored masseria is beautiful and treats its history with respect. Our room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the heater kept us warm during our late October stay. Pierfrancesco and Mariateresa put so much care into the place and were always willing to answer questions. Breakfast was a real highlight: fresh, changing daily, and packed with salads, bread, focaccia, cheeses, meats, fruit, cakes and mini tiramisus, which are a must try. I'm already looking forward to the day Mariateresa offers dinner too. Fasano's center is close and has great restaurants, so ask Pierfrancesco for suggestions. We highly encourage a stay at the Bambarone.

Breakfast was the highlight for us. The sweetest lady made beautiful, delicious dishes each morning, and there was excellent coffee too. Our room was spacious and spotless, with lovely decor, a comfortable bed, AC that worked perfectly when we needed it, a bathtub and a private terrace with stunning views. We had the best stay at Bambarone la Masseria in Fasano. We've enjoyed beautiful hotels before, including the Four Seasons and other luxury resorts, but this Masseria topped them all. I'd give it more than five stars if I could.

A wonderful Masseria stay, with great attention to detail. The host really goes out of his way to make sure you're comfortable, and gave Greta recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions. Each day, traditional Italian homemade breakfast was served, and it looked and tasted like it came from a great cookbook. Grazie!

We'd give this place ten stars if we could. Francisco was sincere and very friendly. The grounds are big and beautiful, almost like a botanical park, and the buffet breakfast was full of variety and flavor. Our spacious room was nicely decorated. The beach, restaurants and Alberobello were all a short distance away.

The location made it easy to get to the beach, beach clubs and good local restaurants, and we'd absolutely return. Bambarone La Masseria was charming, peaceful and perfect for relaxing, with the whole property beautifully looked after. The host paid attention to every detail, and his team were warm, kind and always happy to help. They made us feel like family. Breakfast each morning was superb, with fresh, delicious choices.
