Being in the middle of an olive grove can be pleasant, but the listing should describe this accommodation more clearly and include photos. For two people, it’s a bedroom with a bed and wardrobe, and that space has been turned into a tiny bathroom with no bidet. Using the showerhead wets the toilet. There’s no air conditioning, just a dusty fan, and the shower is outside, so there’s no complete privacy. The kitchen is a camping stove set up outdoors.

It was so quiet there, and we had a great time. Every morning I picked figs from the tree, made moka coffee, then we went to see places the owners had recommended. They’re wonderful people.
