We had a three-night stay for our honeymoon, booked at the last minute, and it turned out better than we could have hoped. The food was delicious, the pool area felt magical, and our room was comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The masseria is also beautifully maintained. The kitchen and restaurant staff deserve a special mention for their excellent service. They made us feel at home, and even made the experience special for our 20-month-old. We’d go back in a heartbeat. A must for a five-star stay in Puglia!

It felt like a real escape from the rush of everyday life, surrounded by magical scenery. Our room was quiet, comfortable, and private, with easy access to the lovely facilities. Alessandro at reception was incredibly helpful, and the whole staff made our relaxing stay especially pleasant.

We got married last Saturday, October 4th, 2025, and couldn’t have picked a better place than Masseria Torre Coccaro. It’s a real gem in Apulia, beautiful and authentic, with service that made the day feel truly meaningful. For about a year, Leonardo, the venue director, guided us through the wedding and helped make our dream happen. He thought of everything, from the setup and timing to the service and the wonderful food from the Masseria’s own restaurant. The team gave our guests a dream experience too, not just us. A heartfelt thank-you to Leonardo, Ottavio, Giuseppe, and everyone on the team. You’re wonderful people as well as incredible professionals. We can’t wait to come back.

We explored the east and south coasts from a great location, and stayed several days. The food was incredible, the linens lush, and the bathroom had soaps and shampoos from the on-site spa. It was hard to leave!

The beach clubs and beaches didn’t impress me, and the service there was patchy. The restaurant with its Michelin star (?) had a nice atmosphere, but the food and service were average at best. The lobby and rooms brought back memories of backpacking in Cambodia in the early 2000s, and I mean that as a criticism. The bed had a thin sheet and a thin brown blanket instead of a proper duvet. That might suit someone looking to pretend they live as a subsistence farmer, but it didn’t make for a comfortable night for a regular traveler. I wouldn’t come back to stay, even if it were free.
