Casa Anna

Giuseppe and Giovanna were so helpful, and the house was spotless. I stayed at Casa Anna for a week between September and October. It has a kitchen, terrace, and air conditioning, and everything worked. I didn’t use the AC since the evenings were fortunately cool. The location is excellent, close to the center and halfway between the east and west zones. I highly recommend it and hope to return.

The owners were friendly, kind, and very helpful. We spent 6 nights at Casa Anna, enjoying its central location and quiet surroundings. The room was quite comfortable, and there were no cleanliness issues or other complaints. A few things could be improved, such as having air conditioning and a bidet. The price felt fair for the location and season.

Casa Anna was a lovely, clean apartment, and the spacious kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast and lunch. The double beds were large and comfortable, with extra beds available for groups of more than four. Giuseppe was a wonderful host, always kind and available for requests or advice. Before we left, he let us store our luggage until late. The location is handy: 150 meters from Praia Beach and 700 meters from the hydrofoil dock. The squares with evening crowds and nightlife are only 400 meters away, but the apartment itself is sheltered from the noise. We had a wonderful vacation on a fabulous island. We found everything we’d been assured would be there: plenty of dishes, pots, and pans, plus coffee, sugar, tea bags, hand soap, and even a bottle of chilled water in the fridge. The owner was incredibly welcoming and kept our luggage safe so we could enjoy the island until evening. This is a beautiful holiday home, clean, cool, and airy, with new bathrooms and vaulted ceilings that give it a fantastic look. It’s just 100 meters from the beach and Maritime Museum, and close to walking trails.
