Casa vacanze levanzo

The food we managed to try was amazing, and I’d go back for it, but my girlfriend and I were treated like children for reasons I don’t know. We booked for opening at 7:30 and told the manager the last boat off the island left at 8:30. He said not to worry and that we’d make it, but we didn’t. The first course took 30 minutes to arrive, then the mains took another 20 and were still in the kitchen, not even on the table. We knew we couldn’t eat in ten minutes, so we had to leave early and ask for the bill. We were charged €50 for one pasta course.

The Pesto alla Trapanese was the best. There’s a lovely outdoor terrace above sea level, fully covered from the sun, with a great view and a good spot to rest in the shade.

I’ve been coming to this restaurant my whole life. The food is excellent, the prices are reasonable, and the service goes well beyond what I expect. I always eat really well here!

A basic place to stay overlooking Levanzo harbour, at a reasonable price. It has air conditioning and Wi-Fi in the common areas, plus a quite good restaurant.
