Our suite had a useful little kitchen and a lovely view of the western sky at sunset. The pool is nice, if not very big, and the hotel is an easy walk from the village center and restaurants. The 10am checkout felt too early. Breakfast is served until 10, but the unfriendly staff seemed eager to hurry us along so they could clean up. Since the rooms all surround the pool, any noise carries. The lifeguard played music through a huge speaker, so a quiet, relaxing stay wasn't really an option when it was on. Some of the other rooms also seemed less well situated.

Booking directly through the resort website made it easy to accommodate our large group and its varied dietary needs. The professional, courteous staff were keen to make the stay memorable. It's within walking distance of both the Sea Club (see separate review) and the city center. A very pleasant visit that left a lasting impression.

The restaurant was a highlight, with amazing food at reasonable prices, and we ate there most nights. We spent four nights here while attending a music festival on the island. The hotel is easy to reach from the boat dock, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely. We got around by bicycle, including a five-minute ride to a nice beach with a good bar. There's also a small supermarket, about a 5-10 minute walk away, with everything we needed. I'd happily stay here again.

It's a handy walk to the city center, and the rooms are reasonable. But the dirty toilets smelled, and the food was mediocre and overpriced. They should lose a star and a half from their four-star rating.

Such a nice place to stay, close to town. The staff are so lovely, and it's a great spot to spend time.
