Hotel Aegusa Dipendenza

Great location, clean rooms and really nice decor. A few members of staff came across as cold and unwelcoming.

It's just a short walk from the main bustle, and the rooms are very nice. Reception was friendly and the service was excellent. We had a courtyard-facing room the first night. When the ferries stopped running, we had to add a night and were moved to the annex. That was perfectly fine too, with the same good service and breakfast. We also had dinner at the restaurant and really enjoyed it.

A handy extra was being able to shower after checkout, which made leaving much more comfortable. The hotel is centrally located, so it was easy to walk to restaurants, shops and the area's main attractions. From the moment I arrived, the staff were kind, professional and ready to answer questions. I had a truly excellent stay, with good comfort and value. I'd definitely come back and recommend it.

They kept our bags on departure day and let us use a bathroom to shower before we left, which was really helpful. The place was pleasant and clean, and centrally located while still quiet. We were warmly welcomed, and the staff were willing to help with what we needed. Top, top, thank you.
