The front desk lady was very friendly. Just keep in mind that reception closes at 9:30, so let them know ahead if you’ll arrive later. The suite rooms are large and spacious for a very affordable price. Definitely the best hotel you’ll find in Feltre.

Beautiful, clean, well-organized rooms, and I found the hotel highly recommendable. The receptionist was really cool and sorted out my booking after I accidentally chose the wrong date. Big thanks, ahmed bousaid 💕

Feltre is a nice town, and the hotel itself is quiet. The rooms are clean, though small, and there’s water in the fridge, but no tea or coffee setup in the room. There’s no hotel bar either. Breakfast was very limited, perhaps because of a COVID hangover. It had bread, cheese, ham, granola, pastries, and, oddly, scrambled eggs.

The only drawback for me was that the room had just thin sheets and no warm blankets. I imagine that’s only an issue in summertime. Otherwise, it’s a cozy, nice hotel with clean, beautiful rooms, friendly staff, and a great breakfast. The laundry was useful too. Angelica at reception was exceptionally professional and hardworking, always cheerful and ready to help.

The hotel was awesome and the room really impressed me. Still, I find it hard to understand why there isn’t a 24/7 reception, so take care with your arrival time or let them know in advance.
