The front desk had one very nice woman, which is the only reason I'm giving two stars. The room felt like a flashback to 1985, though it was clean and basic. They had plenty of irons when I asked, but no ironing boards or adaptors. The food was inedible. Maybe it isn't always that bad, but I seem to have drawn the short straw. I'd never stay here again.

The hotel is rated 3 stars and sits next to Therme, with a restaurant, free parking, and friendly staff. There are outdoor tables and chairs. During check-out, the receptionist answered the phone twice. I didn't use the spa, theme area, or indoor pool. In 2017, I stayed in room 304. It had a double bed, TV, minibar, a small safe that couldn't fit a laptop, and carpet. The bathroom, with shower and toilet, was separate. There was a large balcony with a nice southern view toward Ferentino village, but no chair on it. The restaurant menu was small but sufficient and fairly priced, though the portion for the “choice of the day” was small. My scores: bed 1, light 2, AC 1, WiFi 1, mould 0, cleanliness 1, breakfast 2, check-in/out 1, service not rated, car park 2, friendliness 3, restaurant 2, others not rated. Scale: 0 bad, 1 okay, 2 good, 3 better than expected.

The staff were all very nice and friendly. The rooms are big and very clean, and the bed was comfortable, so I slept really well. It was very pleasant. You can go swimming, use the jacuzzi, sauna, and spa every day.

The hotel itself isn't anything special, but the natural thermal water spa is excellent. With the gym and restaurants on site too, it makes the visit worthwhile.
