We booked three rooms for my family for two nights in July, when the temperature in Ferentino was over 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Both days, the owner of Villa Adriana turned off the air conditioning in all our rooms while we were out. When we returned, they were sweltering, and neither night could we get them comfortable enough to sleep well. On the second day, while turning off the air conditioning, the owner left my daughter's room unlocked. Anyone at the hotel could have gone in and taken money or jewelry, and there wasn't a safe at all. Do not stay here!

The location near the port was good, but our room was too small and smelled musty. The price felt high for what was offered.

The hostess wasn't welcoming, and breakfast was just packaged food and croissants reheated. The place itself was okay, though. It's clean, and the rooms are old-fashioned but clean too.

Nothing out of the ordinary. The rooms are a little dated, but the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom clean, which is what you need in a B&B. Breakfast could be better, and the price was okay.

There's ample parking, the staff are extremely helpful, and a family-run restaurant is right next door. An excellent B&B, whether you're visiting this 4,000-year-old town or stopping for a rest on the way to southern Italy.
