The apartments are spacious.

The place itself is nice, but the staff were rude. We visited yesterday with our one-and-a-half-year-old. At lunch I asked for pasta with tomato sauce or just butter, and they made a fuss about preparing it. Then the waitress picked up our baby's bag, with all the milk in it, and threw it away without asking because it was in her way. She didn’t even apologize. At 7 pm I asked if they could make an empty piadina for my son and got another refusal. The staff were negative, arrogant, and completely unkind.

The owners were so kind and helpful, and dinner on the night we arrived was generous, tasty, and good value. The restaurant dining room is warm and nicely kept. The property itself is rustic, beautiful, and looked after well. It’s easy to get to and handy for Urbino. The garden is large, and I imagine it’ll look lovely once the spring and summer plants are in full swing. Our room was a good size, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom very large, shower included. A few small things could be better: more light in the bedroom and bathroom, perhaps a light over the mirror, plus a shelf and some hooks in the bathroom and bedroom.

Dinner here was lovely. They make their own craft beer, though I didn’t try it since I prefer wine, and the wine was really good. The food was delicious, with lots of mushroom and truffle dishes in season. The mixed starter was great, the pasta dishes were very good, and the grilled lamb is well worth trying.
