I Fiori di Malpensa

The hosts were amazing and keen to do everything for us. They even got up at 5 am to drive us to the airport. The town has nice places to eat, and I got told off for washing my dishes! We stayed a couple of nights. The room was big and very nice, with aircon and heating, and the bathroom was spacious too. WiFi was excellent. Thanks for letting us stay in your house.

Our host was welcoming and helpful, and the continental breakfast had a big selection of goodies. The room had plenty of space and a large, comfortable bed. This was just what we needed for our last night in Italy, with great accommodations only minutes from the airport.

The owners were very nice, and the place was exceptionally clean. We had secure parking in a gated yard, effective AC, and an excellent breakfast. The owner also suggested a great dinner spot about a 15-minute walk away. It’s near the airport.

I’d avoid this place if there’s any chance you’ll arrive late. Our flight was delayed, and the owner canceled our booking because of the late arrival. I’d first asked for an airport transfer and sent our flight details, with arrival at 2200. Francesco said pickup ended at 2100, confirmed a taxi would be available, and gave us the estimated cost. When the flight was delayed, I emailed the hotel as a courtesy to say we’d be closer to midnight. After landing in Milan, I saw a message: "Please cancell your reservation. We just close" The owner canceled an hour before we were due to check in. Our two young children were already tired, and suddenly we had nowhere to stay. I eventually found another airport hotel, but it cost much more. The listing says check-in closes at 2300, but flights seem to be delayed all the time these days, and an airport hotel should be ready for late arrivals. The owner had our flight details and could have warned us that a late arrival meant the booking would be canceled. They also knew from the reservation that we had two young children, so they must have understood this would cause considerable trouble and expense for our family. Other reviews make it sound like a nice place to stay. But if you might be delayed, I’d book somewhere else to avoid a stressful situation and a horrible start to a holiday.
