Getting to the panoramic view of the Sassi takes about 30 minutes, and there's free parking right outside. The B&B itself is lovely, with two nice bedrooms, a comfortable bathroom with a shower, and a living room with a kitchen. Everything is practical, and Rocco was a wonderful, helpful host. If we make it back to Matera, we'll definitely stay here again.

Rocco made us feel at home straight away and had a generous breakfast ready for the next morning. We were traveling by motorcycle and could park for free right in front of the house. It's a great base for visiting Matera and other towns in Basilicata.

The apartment was roomy, clean, and welcoming, with tasteful decor and new furniture. We were made to feel thoroughly looked after, and the homemade desserts, fresh bread, fruit, and their own olive oil were a lovely touch. Rocco, thank you for being such a kind and cordial host. We really enjoyed staying with you and would choose your place again if we return to Matera. Highly recommend it.

A supermarket is just around the corner, and the neighborhood felt quiet and safe. The old town is about a 25-minute walk away, and the location is fantastic for Matera. Our apartment was very clean and well equipped. Breakfast was very good, with delicious cakes Alessia made, and Rocco was a wonderful host. We stayed three nights and had a truly excellent time.

The apartment was spotless and comfortable, with free Wi-Fi and parking right by the entrance. It's about a 15-minute walk to the city center. Rocco, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful, and breakfast was excellent, especially the mouth-watering homemade cakes.
