Paola's suggestions for culture, shopping, and restaurants all worked out wonderfully. She made us feel at home, and we wish her and Limen all the best. Our modern room was beautifully decorated and super clean, with a lovely view across the mountains and sassi that put us in holiday mode right away. Breakfast had fresh savory and sweet choices, served in a shared area where we had great chats with other guests. Grazie mille ♡

My son nearly cried when we told him we had to leave Limen Matera the next day. He wanted to have breakfast there rather than go out because Paola was so sweet and friendly with him, and with all of us. She explained everything in detail and helped with every question we had. It was one of the most comfortable places my family has stayed while traveling.

The owner was kind and helpful, including with advice on where to leave the car. You can only park on the street for 30 minutes, and not after 17:00, so don’t leave it there. The rooms were very clean with fairly modern equipment. It’s about 5 minutes to the Centre, 7 minutes to the shopping street, and around 12 minutes to the Sassi area.

A wonderful stay in what has to be one of the world's most beautiful cities. This place is amazing, and the beautiful gem is well worth a visit.

The place was very clean and in a great location. Sound isolation around the door could be better.
